BugattiType 57 Atlantic

Penned by Jean Bugatti, the Atlantic is the most coveted prewar Bugatti ever built.

Four were made. Riveted dorsal seams run the length of the body — a signature born from a magnesium alloy that could not be welded.

This example was rediscovered in a Bordeaux barn in 1971, restored over a decade, and shown on the lawn at Pebble Beach in 1989.
